These terms cover the website. They do not replace the estimate, proposal, invoice, warranty, or maintenance agreement you sign with us for work at your property. Those documents control the service itself, and if anything here conflicts with them, those documents win.

Submitting a form does not create a service agreement and does not confirm an appointment. We will follow up to schedule and confirm. Anything you send us through the site is handled under our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential or sensitive information through a website form.

Articles, guides, troubleshooting tips, sizing information, efficiency figures, and equipment descriptions on this site are general information. They are not a diagnosis or a recommendation for your home. Heating, cooling, gas, and electrical work carries risk of injury, property damage, carbon monoxide exposure, and fire. Do not attempt repairs based on anything you read here. Have a licensed contractor inspect your equipment.
Pricing, specials, and coupons
Prices, promotions, coupons, rebates, and financing terms shown on the site can change without notice and may have conditions, expiration dates, and eligibility limits. Utility and manufacturer rebate amounts are set by those programs, not by us, and are subject to their approval. Nothing on the site is a binding quote. A written estimate from Rx Comfort is the only quoted price you can rely on.
Where a page contains a typographic or pricing error, we reserve the right to correct it and to decline to honor the error.
