Very happy I chose RX Comfort for my new a/c unit in May of last year! When it was installed, the working area was left cleaner than it was when he arrived! I don't know who installed it but he did a beautiful job! Also, Caden is very thorough & great at explaining best practices for upkeep of my unit! Highly recommend!

I’ve had RX out to my home a couple times and are always professional and punctual. Mitch, Kayden and Jayden (I hope I spelled correctly) were all great. They’re practical in approach, have taught me how to keep up with care of my AC and don’t try to sell me things I don’t need. I will continue to use their services when the time comes.

We had a furnace installed today. The two men did exceptional work, very courteous and took the time to explain several things about the new unit. We've done business with Rx Comfort for three years. We will continue to call Rx when we need service.

We were totally pleased with our service performed by Jaden and Kaden! Called first thing in the morning about a furnace not working (brrr).. . The guys arrived by 11 am and had it fixed in a very short time. Polite and very efficient, and the bill was lower than expected too. Service went above and beyond as they also noticed an unrelated water leak they recommended addressing. Totally satisfied in every way. Thank you so much!

Our furnace broke down early in the morning, and Mitch went above and beyond to help us out. We have an infant at home and they came out right away and were incredibly professional from start to finish. Mitch took the time to clearly explain what was going on, walked us through multiple options for both repairing and replacing our furnace, and never made us feel pressured or upsold. We appreciated how thorough he was with checking everything, answered all our questions, and made sure things were running safely before he left. The pricing was transparent, communication was excellent, and the whole experience was stress-free during a stressful time. We will definitely continue using them for all our heating and cooling needs. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy service, look no further.

After being refused services for owning a manufactured home furnace by 2 companies, I called Rx. Mitch set me up with a next day service. Excellent service and great price! Highly recommended!
