"Adam came out to give us a quote after being quoted a price for a new furnace by another company that we felt was very high. Adams quote was less than half of the other company! And he would tell us exactly what we were buying unlike the other company. Anyway, we made arrangements for install and in less than a week we had a new furnace. Jake and Tanner were the guys that installed the furnace and they were great as well. I work from home and they were so respectful as well as knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. "We had some trouble with our ac a couple of summers ago, a friend recommended RX because he was a friend of the owner; said he's an honest guy and a very hard worker. That was true! The owner came out pretty fast from when we called. He checked everything out, fixed the issue. Didn't push a sale on a new unit that we do know we needed, at all. Just an honest repair and inspection with no hidden motives. So when our neighbor came by this last summer asking if we knew anyone because her air stopped working, we of course recommended RX. He was to her house within the hour of her calling and fixed her problem. She came over with cookies thanking us for our recommendation. It's good to know that she had a great experience too.
